7. International Visitors
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing include your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 9. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Ordering Through Third-Party Platforms
Our "Order Online" page links out to independent third-party ordering and delivery services. When you place an order through one of those platforms, you are transacting with that platform, not with us, and the personal information you provide - including your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information - is collected and processed by that platform under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive only the order information the platform passes to us so we can prepare and fulfill your order. Please review each platform's privacy policy before placing an order.

14. SMS/Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive transactional and/or promotional messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
